Description about Client :
Client is a leading organization in Asia which owns an organization and portal intended to give Clients/Customers up to date information about health, fitness, yoga,training and nutrition. The agenda is to spread wellness in India and Asia as currently only a few people take wellness seriously. (Name of Client) is about having fitness as an ongoing journey as part of one's life. The portal is about health and fitness, whether its in regard to nutrition, wellness, better health, fitness training for the average person or specific sports training for enthusiasts. 
They bring in experienced trainers and practitioners to impart the programs and guide the subscribers to a better quality of living. The programs are designed from people of various walks of life. Students, corporate executives and home makers all take up programs from Client which can be delivered through the net by our trainers in the comfort of the home, office, or the school premises.
Thus, The goal is to develop a rich web portal that will serve as a reference for health and fitness and to bring a healthy lifestyle closer to people. We invite everyone to be a part of this journey and explore the world of fitness. 

Project Description :
Seats : 60 Seats for Inbound Support and 60 Seats for Chat Support. Total 120 Seats Project.
Scope of work : Scope of work includes handling Inbound and Chat Support queries from customers all across the globe who would want to find out about the various techniques, methods, programs and information about health, fitness, nutrition and training. Client deals with pre teen, teen, new born, kids recipe. They have fat lose, muscles and diet plans along with workout, supplements and health schedules. The Call Center agents would be trained on all these methods and they have to handle the customers according to the query.

Log-in Timings : 
10 Seats will login at 6 AM IST and will log out at 3 PM IST (10 For Inbound and 10 for Chat Support, Total of 20 Seats)
20 Seats will login at 9 AM IST and will log out at 6 PM IST (20 For Inbound and 20 for Chat Support, Total of 40 Seats)
20 Seats will login at 12 PM IST and log out at 9 PM IST (20 For Inbound and 20 for Chat Support, Total of 40 Seats)
10 Seats will login at 3 PM IST and log out at 12 AM IST (10 For Inbound and 10 for Chat Support, Total of 20 Seats)
Support Staff : 12 (6 TL and 6 QA)
Each Agent and Customer Support has to log-in for 9 Hours which includes break for 1 Hour (Total Billable 8 Hours)

Payout :
SGD 6 Per Hour Per Agent for Chat Support Agent
SGD 8 Per Hour Per Agent for Inbound Support Agent
SGD 10 Per Hour Per Agent for Support Staff

Expected Billing : 1 Crore + (120 Seats + 12 Support Staff)

Billing : Monthly Invoicing with TAT of 15 days for Payment clearance by the Client.
