Sales Chat and Email Support 

(Name of Client) is one of the fastest growing DIGITAL MARKETING AGENCY. Client based in United States and we are inviting qualified and experienced service to submit proposals for the provision of Call Center Services (Email and Chat Support) for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew on an annual basis up to a maximum of four (5) years. These services include response to customer inquiries by chat, and email. 

The Service Provider is required to provide customer-focused call center services which include but are not limited to the following Chat & Email support for:

  • General inquiries received via the channels internet or email 
  • Program fulfillment requests such as sales, rebate investigation and follow up received by chat or email. 
  • Technical and non-standard inquiries, received by chat or email 
  • Need a total of 30 Seats 8 hours a day. 
  • Call center escalation and referral process specific to the requirements of the our programs; 
  • Chat support facilities, customer follow up through email for local customers who wish to place orders. 

Work with our senior marketing specialist to: 
  • Facilitate customer servicing that focuses on exceptional customer care with an emphasis on responding to inquiries, resolving issues and fulfilling customer requests at the first point of contact; 
  • Integrate new programs into the call center through targeted training; 
  • Raise public awareness of our programs through ‘cross education’ of related programs; and 
  • Analyze chat volumes on a daily and weekly basis to ensure representatives’ schedules are aligned to meet program demand. 
  • Provide a dedicated team to support our requirements for call center chat servicing and: 
  • Be able to handle multiple programs at the same time and operate in a highly matrix environment;

Have staff that understand and quickly adapt to new programs. All programs have detailed training components and some are technical in nature; and Service Provider must have their full call center operations (chat and email) and offer servicing in English.

Payment Schedule :

  • Center will be paid a fixed of $7 per hour 
  • The sales and email support hours will be strictly 8 hours starting from EST (Monday – Friday – excluding holidays) 
  • All payments will be made in US Dollars 
  • Biweekly payments will be issued. 
  • Payments will be realized within 2 working days after (Name of Client) receives the invoices

Reporting :
  • Daily chat reports in numbers have to be emailed to (Name of Client) marketing specialist or the person authorized 
  • Need to send all unattended chat reports along with daily reports
